Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Maison De Rêve box, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
